OBJECTIVES
OF THE DEPARTMENT
The
main objectives of the department are to: -
1. To equip its graduates with engineering knowledge,
scientific knowledge, intellectual and societal
competences to accomplish design and manufacture
of engineering component, industrial engineering
system and textile products
2. To impart its graduates with knowledge competences
to be able to assist other professionals in designing
infrastructural facilities that use Industrial
products.
3. To achieve a practically oriented graduate
in Manufacturing, Industrial and Textile engineering.
4. To encourage staff and students to participate
in engineering related activities and consultancy
services in collaboration with local and international
institutions.
