DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY IN FISHERIES
Admission Requirements
a) The common regulations for the degree of D.Phil. of Moi University shall apply. b) In addition to the common University requirements, applicants for the D.Phil. degree in Fisheries shall be: i) Holders of Master of Philosophy degree in Science, Agriculture, Wildlife Management, Fisheries, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management or Veterinary Science of Moi University or any other recognized university. ii) Holders of other qualifications considered by Senate as equivalent to a Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
Programme Duration
The common regulations Moi University shall apply. Full time candidates shall take a minimum of three years and a maximum of five years; part time candidates shall take a minimum of four years and a maximum of seven years.
