MASTER OF PHILOSOPHY DEGREE IN PROTECTED AREA MANAGEMENT (PAM) BY DISTANCE LEARNING)

 

Admission requirements

 

Applicants must hold either a relevant first degree from a recognized university or a Diploma with a minimum of five years’ practical experience acceptable to Moi University

 

Programme duration and graduation  requirements

 

The programme takes 3 to 6 years and has two intakes per year (September and February). Part 1 of the programme is taken over two years, during which students are required to complete nine taught modules. Candidates completing part 1 of the programme to the required standard are awarded a postgraduate Diploma of Moi University and a Diploma of the International Centre for Protected Landscapes. Successful completion of the full programme leads to the award of a degree of Master’s of Philosophy of Moi University.
