The office of the Moi University Alumni Association is located at Moi University Main Campus in the Administration Building near the loans and bursaries office, room 140. The office was established so as to coordinate the activities of the Alumni.

It is charged with the responsibility of establishing communication with the Alumni members. This is by writing to them inquiring about their where about, current positions and responsibilities in the society. This keeps the alumni office up to date with information of its members.

The Alumni Office is also responsible for organising the annual general meetings (AGM). The Alumni Office sets the dates for the meetings and the venue. The office coordinates the meetings of the various alumni chapters around the country.

The alumni officer is in charge of ensuring that the duties and responsibilities are carried out well. The current office holder is Mrs. Elizabeth Cheptoo.
