Moi University has upgraded its E-Mail service with a New E-Mail System. You can now access your new e-mails through the new e-mail system using the following procedure:

1. Click on the "e-mail link" above or on any other e-mail link on MU website
2. Enter your normal username on the "Username:" text box
3. Enter the initial password: (call ICT on 05343407 OR mobile number 0721330170 (OR ext 2353 OR 2241 for main campus) to get the initial password)
4. You will be prompted "Your password is no longer valid. Please choose a new password"
5. Enter your new confidential password and confirm your new password (your new password should be at least 6 characters)
6. Click "Log In" button to login to your email account.

You can now access your Old E-Mails using your normal username and your previous password you were using before by clicking at the E-Mail Link above:

N/B: You are advised to use the old mail system only to access your old mails and contacts. Use the new e-mail system to send and receive mails.
