Open to staff and students of the University as defined in the University Status and in the Library Rules and Regulations. Non - members may use the library by permission of the University Librarian, whereupon a fee shall be charged for registration. All registered users shall be required to obtain clearance before they leave the University.

The following shall be eligible to become members of the Library:
- All undergraduate and graduate students, academic, research and non-teaching staff.
- Visiting researchers and members of other Universities on recommendation by a Faculty member and at the discretion of the University Librarian.
- Non Members of the university may register to use the library subject to paying the required deposit against loss or damage of library property.
Application for Membership
Application for membership shall be made on a prescribed form.
