Students Centre and Office of Dean of Students

The University appoints wardens in the halls of residence to promote students' welfare. The wardens are members of Moi University Academic staff. Their roles are as follows: "Manage students' administration in hostels"

Provide parental supervision and guidance in both academic and social aspects to students in their halls and help create a sense of "the family" atmosphere.
To facilitate and assist in providing academic and counseling services.
To oversee room allocation and general cleanliness in the halls. Students are expected to keep their rooms clean at all times.
To help develop a sense of identity, belonging and community life within the halls.
To help maintain discipline and create friendly atmosphere in the halls.
