We are pleased to call for:

300 words abstracts for 15 minutes oral presentations to be thematically grouped with other presentations for parallel sessions

Venue: The Margaret Thatcher Library, Main Campus, Moi University, Eldoret - Kenya
Dates: 13^th to 16^th March (arriving on 13^th afternoon)
Theme: Social Science Perspectives to HIV Prevention and Control

Sub themes

Alternative Medicine and Traditional Aspects

PLWHA and Support Groups

Social, Cultural, Psychological, Economic Aspects of HIV/AIDS

Instructions for preparation and submission of abstracts

Abstracts must be submitted in English.
Abstract Content
- The abstract should be informative and detailed.
- The title should be capitalized.
- Maintain consistency in authors' names on multiple abstracts to avoid duplication in the final program book's Author Index. The presenting author name should be listed first and underlined
- The abstract should ideally adhere to the following format with some flexibility for "commentary" type abstracts:
  1. Introduction
  2. Objectives
  3. Methodology
  4. Results and findings
  5. Conclusions and recommendations
  6. 3 keywords describing the abstract

All abstracts received will be acknowledged and reviewed by a technical Committee. Authors of accepted abstracts will be contacted to write full papers.
All abstracts should be sent to socialsciencenetworks@gmail.com by 20^th January, 2007.
