The conference will consist of five symposia organized by four schools and a cross - cutting themes as follows:
Main Theme: Investing In Education for Resource Utilization for Sustainable Growth and Development in the 21st Century
Sub-Themes:
- Paradigm shift in educational technology for effective resource utilization
- Technical and/or Vocational education for resource utilization and development
- Curriculum development for resource utilization
- Rethinking education for liberation and self-reliance
- Educational administration and leadership challenges in the 21st Century.
- Globalization in education and resource utilization in the 21st century

Main Theme: Managing conflicts through appropriate resource utilization.
