Submission of Abstracts: Friday 6th August, 2010
Submission of Full Papers: Friday 20th August, 2010
Kindly submit your abstract and full paper to the respective symposium coordinators via e-mail/soft copy.

CONFERENCE PRESENTATION FORMAT:-

1. Oral /Poster Presentation. This should be:

  1. The principles of simplicity and clarity apply to both poster and slide presentations;
  2. Your story should proceed logically, with headings indicating sections: Introduction, Objective(s), Materials and Methods, Results, Summary, and Conclusions.
  3. Use photos or flow charts to help your audience better visualize the materials and methods. Graphs should have titles, the axes should be named, and units should be quantified.
  4. Tables should also be titled.
  5. Include a small, professional picture of yourself near the abstract number and the title so people can identify you as the presenter of the poster.
  6. Avoid excessive use of text.

2. Abstracts should be:

  1. On 1½ line spacing.
  2. One page of Times New Roman font size 12 and not exceeding 300 words.
  3. Having key words at the bottom of the page
  4. Having full contact details of the person: ( Name, Institution, Cell phone, E-mail)
  5. Submitted via email/soft copy to the relevant school symposium coordinator.

3. Full Papers

  1. Should be send via e-mail/soft copy.
  2. Not more than twenty pages of 1½ line spacing using Times New Roman font 12.
  3. Should Introduction, Objective(s), Materials and Methods, Results, Summary, and Conclusions.
  4. Submitted via email/soft copy to the relevant school symposium coordinator.
