A student for the Masters of Education in Research in the Department of Educational Management and Policy Studies must:

Duration of the Programme
The programme shall normally take a period of two (2) academic years. An academic year shall normally consist of two Semesters each lasting fourteen weeks.
Mode of Delivery of the Programme
Multiple perspectives to teaching and learning will be adopted. The following approaches will be used: Lectures; tutorials and seminars; practical classes; demonstrations; self-directed learning and E-Learning.
Student Assessment and Examination Procedures
Examination and Thesis will be evaluated as per the guidelines in university regulations (for examination, theses and desertions).The first semester of the course will be spend on course work, colloquium and development of research proposal. The other semester will be used for research to be reported in the form of a thesis.
