Moi University wishes to inform all candidates who qualify for the conferment of various Degrees and Award of Diplomas at the end of last Academic Year 2024/2025, that the 48^th Graduation Ceremony will be held on Thursday, 18^th December 2025.

Confirmation for Graduation

It is the responsibility of each candidate to:

1. Confirm Academic results with their respective Deans of Schools
2. Confirm their FULL NAME, ORDER and SPELLING guided by the certificate of admission. (Names in the certificate will be printed in the order in which they appear in the Graduation list/Booklet)
3. Clear any pending fees and all other charges

Note: Your name should be the same in all your academic documents. Names will be read out as they appear in the Graduation list/booklet. Reach out to the Dean of your School before 18^th November, 2025 to confirm your name.
