Moi University wishes to inform all students from all the schools who qualified for the conferment of various degrees and award of diplomas during the 2019/2020 Academic year and members of the public, that the 40th Graduation Ceremony will take place on Thursday 10th December, 2020 (VIRTUALLY) commencing at 8.00 a.m. the links to the ceremony will be shared on Monday 7th December 2020.
1. CONFIRMATION FOR GRADUATION
Students who cleared and confirmed their results with their respective Deans, are the only ones to graduate.

All payments must be deposited to Moi University Account Number: 01021029582000 at National Bank, Moi University Branch or MPESA Paybill No 883183 (Use your registration number for account number).
Graduands will automatically become members of the convocation upon graduation.
4. ACADEMIC DRESS
Graduands who wish to hire academic dress, should book online and consult their respective Deans of Schools and Campus Directors on collection points. Graduation attire should be returned on or before 29th January, 2021. Failure to do so will attract a penalty of Ksh.500.00 per day.
5. GRADUATION REHEARSAL
All graduands are required to attend the Virtual Graduation Rehearsal on Wednesday 9th December, 2020 at 9.00 a.m. The links will be shared on Monday 7th December 2020.
6. COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATES & TRANSCRIPTS
Collection of certificates & transcripts is scheduled to commence on 25th January 2021 to 26th February 2021. Students are advised to start online clearance process immediately after graduation.
