This is to notify the graduates of the 42^nd Graduation Ceremony that was held on 17^th December 2021, the schedule for issuing of Certificates and Transcripts has been released. The issuing will be done as from 10^th February, 2022 to 8^th April, 2022.

The graduates are adviced to:

1. Strictly come on the date/s allocated per school. View the schedule here
2. The requirements for collection:
   

• Clearance form (download after clearing online). Online clearance, click here
• Original National ID and Copy
• Original KCSE certificate and Copy (for Bachelors and Diploma graduands)
• Original Bachelor’s degree certificate and copy (Masters graduands)
• Original Master’s degree certificate and copy (Ph.D. graduands)
• Student identity card

    3.Issuing Days and Time: Monday - Friday (8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) at Main Campus Kesses
