The Commonwealth Scholarships Commission (CSC) in the United Kingdom is offering 18 PhD and 19 Masters full scholarships to Kenya citizens tenable in 2023. The awards are tenble at any approved UK University of Higher Education Institution which the CSC has apart-funding agreement.
