School of Business and Economics and ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) have held a series of discussions on the possibility of developing a working framework for Moi University and ACCA to accredit our programmes, develop and avail scholarships, short courses, reward schemes and networking to be detailed in Moi University – ACCA MoU.
The initial activities were to initiate accreditation of Bachelor of Business Management and establish a resource center at Annex Campus to advance students' careers and develop industry-oriented professionals with international acknowledgement.
Moi University received ACCA accreditation for Bachelor of Business Management for an initial period of 5 years form 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2026. Moi University students are able to obtain exemptions from some ACCA exams during their studies, thus greatly accelerating their path to ACCA membership. Students admitted to Moi University ACCA Accredited Bachelor of Business Management degree have a unique opportunity to obtain the ACCA Qualification faster, thus saving not only time, but also money.
