Interested eligible candidates may inspect and buy tender documents from Moi University Procurement Office, Main Campus or Moi University, Nairobi Office, Bazaar Building, E Floor during normal working hours upon payment of the above charges.

 

Payment should be made in cash or bankers cheques payable to the Cash Office. Documents can be downloaded from Moi University website www.mu.ac.ke (use the download link provided in the table above), and www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.

All bids must be submitted with above mentioned security from a reputable financial institution or insurance company approved by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and must remain valid for 120 days after the bid submssion dateline.

 

Complete tender documents should be enclosed in plain, sealed envelope marked with Tender Number and Reference Name and should be deposited in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor of Administration and Senate Building, Moi University, Main Campus, Kesses so as to reach on or before Thursday 2nd June, 2022 at 11.00 a.m. or sent to;
