Interested eligible candidates may inspect and buy tender documents from Moi University Procurement Office, Main Campus during normal working hours upon payment of the above charges. Payment should be made in cash or bankers cheques payable to the Cash Office. Documents can be downloaded from Moi University website www.mu.ac.ke (use the download links provided in the table above) or Public Procurement Portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
All bids must be submitted with the above mentioned security from a reputable financial institution or insurance company approved by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and must remain valid for 120 days after the bid submission deadline.
Complete tender documents (one original & a copy) should be enclosed in plain, sealed envelope marked Tender Number and Tender Name and should be deposited in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor of Administration and Senate Building, Moi University, Main Campus, Kesses so as to reach on or before Thursday 09th February 2023 at 11:00 am or sent to;
