The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (MOI UNIVERSITY) also referred to as Procuring Entity invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the Provision of Medical Insurance Cover for MOI UNIVERSITY Board Members and Staff. The contract will be for a period of two years subject to annual Satisfactory Performance review.

The document has been sent out to all licenced underwriters providing medical insurance covers and Teaching Referral Hospitals.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 150 days.

Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs. 135,000 in form of guarantee from a reputable bank or an insurance company approved by MOI UNIVERSITY payable to Moi University (Self-insured tender Security are not allowed).
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Moi University Boardroom at Main Campus, Kesses.
